It seems like importing/mapping BIDS data is unnecessarily cumbersome right now, especially if you have multiple SE pairs and you’re worried about shim matching. It would be very convenient if QuNex could use the “IntendedFor” field (if populated) from the fmap json sidecars to help guide the mapping.
