I had a few questions regarding the QuNex Container: gitlab.qunex.yale.edu:5002/qunex/qunexcontainer:0.100.0

Are the versions of the software in the Qunex container updated to match the QuNex sourcecode clone from git and are they also updated when any changes are made on the Washington-University/HCPpipelines git?

Hi Juan,

Yes, the container version and the QuNex version in the container match. So if you download the latest container, you get the latest QuNex. When we build the container, we also use the latest released HCP pipelines.
