[RESOLVED] Preprocess_conc issue

Hello!

I’m having some trouble running preprocess_conc on a single subject. I’ve attached error logs and my preprocess_conc command. This is using the 0.99.2 container. Thank you!

Hi,

You are getting error -9, which means that the system terminated the process. This can happen if it runs out of resources. Can you try with the following scheduler setting:

...
--scheduler="SLURM,time=1-00,mem-per-cpu=64G,account=anticevic,partition=pi_anticevic"
