QuNex 0.94.7 is now available. Please see release notes below.

  • qunex_container sometimes did not pass the overwrite parameter to the QuNex command and had an issue when using the old parameter names (sessions and sessionids). Please use the new names batchfile and sessions in your calls.
  • qunex_container with PBS scheduler did not support the select flag.
  • EDDYCUDADIR was erroneously reported as missing in environment status check.
  • Update FSL version in the container to 6.0.5.1.
  • Fixed several bugs in the DICOM deidentification pipeline.
  • import_bids should now import ASL data.
