The runQC command is not consistent with the use of other QuNex commands (e.g. hcp commands). The features that are missing and would be very useful are that 1) users could provide a batch file with multiple subjects and the command would run on all subjects specified in the batch file in one run (at the moment the command runs on each subject separately) and 2) log files could be stored in the directory specified in the batch file (the parameter --logfolder; at the moment log files are stored in the default “logs” folder).

We are already planning on upgrading RunQC in the future. The upgrade should make it into one of the next releases.
