I’m working with MRI data in QuNex and looking for something similar to tools like this i.e., AI-based upscaling/deblurring that can enhance resolution and recover detail automatically.
From what I understand, these tools use AI to reconstruct sharper images from blurry or low-resolution inputs.
Are there equivalent approaches suitable for neuroimaging data?
I think the repo includes pretrained models that you can use on your data. Note though that these models often make up some details, which can be highly problematic for any proper scientific or medical use.
