[RESOLVED] Smoothing variable in batch file

Hello!

FYI the batch.txt file that QuNex generates puts hcp_bold_smoothFWHM in the PreFreeSurfer section and the variable description is incorrect (it’s the description for hcp_bold_stcorrint).

Thanks for reporting this! I fixed the exposed issues and the patch will be included in the next QuNex version.
