I was wondering if it is possible to run all BOLDPreprocessing-related functions using qunex_container? Or I have to install qunex from source in order to run these functions?

Hi Ed,
All functionality should work both in the container and from source. We actually advocate the use of the container as in that case the QuNex environment is definitely setup as it should be.
