[RESOLVED] Glasser Parcellation # of correlations

Description:

Glasser Parcellation has 360 regions (180L+180R), however, the ROIExtract produces 361 correlations. Which one is extra?

361 = correlation with the whole cortex. Would it be possible to add it in the txt file?
Also #s in this test file do not correspond to the GP#. This could be confusing to qunex beginners. Is it OK with you guys if I add GP#s to the txt?
Am I right to assume that the order in the ROIExtract output file correspond to GP order not to the txt file order?
