QuNex 1.3.6 release

We are in the process of releasing QuNex 1.3.0, it includes the following:

  • Added support for longitudinal temporal ICA.
  • Added a QuNex a rapidtide command (rapidtide — rapidtide 3.0.11 documentation).
  • Added support for hcp_vol_wisharts, hcp_cifti_wisharts, hcp_icadim_mode parameters to hcp_icafix, previously these could be only configured through the config file.
  • run_recipe now prints out a list of all steps that will be executed at the beginning.
  • Updated Connectome Workbench in the container to the latest version.
  • Fixed two bugs in Single Run ICA fix, the first one made it crash under some conditions, the second one sometimes added BOLDs twice to relevant parameters.
  • Added some additional checks for some mandatory parameter. This way QuNex will quit immediately and not halfway into the processing once the required parameter gets used.

We just released QuNex 1.3.1. It includes the following:

  • Added support for longitudinal transmit bias pipeline (hcp_long_transmit_bias).

  • You can now use import_hcp to onboard processed HCA, HCD or HCYA data, without unprocessed data.

  • Fixed the default matlab mode for hcp_transmit_bias_individual.

  • Made automatic setup of several parameters more robust.

  • Fixed a bug where processing crashed sometimes if DICOMs did not have JSON sidecars.

By the end of the week, we plan to release version 1.3.2 with a couple of minor but important bug fixes:

  • Added support for additional hcp_msmall parameters.
  • Made the hcp_asl pipeline more robust.
  • Fixed a bug in hcp_transmit_bias when looking for AFI images.
  • Fixed a bug where spin-echo pairs were not correctly picked up by hcp_fmri_volume.
  • Fixed a bug where sometimes gradunwrap was not found.
  • Fixed a bug where sometimes hcp_post_fix would not trigger after hcp_icafix.

We released a new patch - 1.3.3. It fixes the following:

  • Improved the documentation at several locations.
  • Improved support in hcp_diffusion for diffusion acquisitions that does not exactly match the HCP protocol.
  • Fixed a bug in dwi_parcellate where default parameter values did not get used properly.

We are in the process of releaseing QuNex 1.3.6. Containers will be available for download in a couple of hours. It includes the following changes from 1.3.3:

  • Fixed a bug where hcp_pre_freesurfer sometimes did not start because of an erroneous report of missing images.

1.3.5:

  • Fixed a bug with hcp_matlab_mode in the HCP transmit bias pipeline.

1.3.4:

  • More robust parameter parsing for several commands.
  • Fixed a bug that sometime poped up with sessions detection when using run_recipe.
  • Some commands did not exit cleanly.
  • Fixed a bug that in transmit bias that made it error out immediately after execution.
