QuNex 1.1.1 release

Hi,

We are in the process of releasing QuNex 1.1.0 all containers should be available within a couple of hours. Below is the list of updates:

  • Longitudinal support for HCP volume, surface and diffusion processing.
  • Fixed a bug where some optional parameters were not properly passed to the HCP ReapplyFix pipeline.
  • Fixed a bug where hcp_msmall crashed as it did not parse bolds correctly.
  • motionregression parameter is now passed properly in reapply_fix.
  • More robust parameter parsing and setup at several locations.
  • import_hcp now also imports DistortionMaps as alternatively field map sequences.
  • import_hcp now properly onboards diffusion scans with just b=0 volumes (so called b0 scans) named as <DWI/dMRI>_b0_<tag>_<PEdir>.
  • Set the default hcp_matlab_mode for single-run HCP ICAFix to octave as that is the option that works in the container.
  • Optimized some portions of the code for the sake of efficiency and robustness.

We are in the process of releasing a minor QuNex update. It includes the following:

  • Fixed a critical bug where qunex_container sometimes failed to schedule a job (did not use the --scheduler parameter correctly).
  • Fixed a bug where logfolder did not work for some commands.
  • Improved flexibility of run_qa.
  • GridEngine scheduler support.

The Docker container is already available, Singularity will be uploaded later today.
