QuNex 0.94.11 is now available. Please see release notes below.

  • Fixed setting of the default training files in ICAFix.
  • Added the ability to set custom templates in HCP PreFreeSurfer.
  • Improved stability of qunex_container.
  • Fixed a bug in BOLD run_qc when overwrite option was used.
  • Updated HCP ASL inside the container to the latest version.

As always, it is best to use the latest version for your processing and analyses.
